24/7 Lak or Kaif o Saroor ; Comparison

Everybody knows by now that the battle is getting stiff between the two giants Na maloom Afraad 2 and Punjab nahi jaungi. Both films having huge star cast and budgets are slated to release on Eid ul Azha. As both the movies are releasing snippets and posters from the movie the anticipation is stronger than ever.
Both the films have released much anticipated songs from the movies back to back and one is pure item number the other one is a Shaadi track. So comparison is sure to be drawn here as both the songs are sung and composed by ace musicians.
Lets look at both tracks and find out which takes the lead.

24/7 Lak
The song is a sure shot banger itself with the ever banging voice of Meesha shafi and already is a shaadi anthem. So it would have been quite a task to come up with the As banger video but unfortunately i have to say makers only succeeded averagely at it. The music video is very lack luster for the track like this. The video lacks that punch that song carries. I think the video is let down from the previous song from the makers Fair and Lovely ka Jalwa. The choreography is not up to the mark and sometimes cringe worthy and its not good for me to say that Ahmed Ali Butt caught more attention than Urwa herself and that her skills need polishing and dancing in that dress must have been difficult. The song is good but the video brings it down for me.

Kaif o Saroor
Now Aima baig has made a name for herself based on her talent and so as Sadaf Kanwal and when both put together this gorgeous piece comes out. The song is an item number and surely carries a huge budget. But makers have filmed it in such a Exotic way that it looks amazing onscreen and you will not be able to look away from the screen for a second and that is a success. The skin show could have been much less and avoided but its an item number what can we expect. With Sadaf already getting international claim this is a winner here. This song is a lot of improvement for the makers from the Billi of Mehvish Hayat. But there is till a long way to go for the choreographers of our country.
